Science: It's Alive!!

Boy o Boy, is science alive! People go on holidays to the moon, sheep are being cloned and babies are being created in test-tubes! Science has amazed and fascinated the human race for ages, and keeps amazing us every day. No wonder science has inspired many animators, both as subject matter as well as a source of development for animation techniques. That’s why Science is this year’s festival theme. KLIK! organized a Science: It’s Alive! program, a Mad Scientist Parade and many cool events and activities related to animation and science, even for the kids (on Sunday afternoon).

Next to that there is a Symposium, organized by students of the HKU, where several speakers, astrophysicists, philosophers and animators, will discuss the relationship between the fields of animation and science. Even a guy from N.A.S.A will be there: How cool is that??!
So all we can say is: pump some life in that lazy ass of yours and come experience this year’s KLIK! adventure and see actual science happen in front of your own eyes! Come, see and play!
